4.1 Your name, address, telephone number, email address, bank and payment card details. Information regarding your GP, medication and/or medical history. Information regarding the services I provide to you.

4.2 You may provide me with that information via email, text message, telephone, post or in person, whilst engaging in a business contract with me, communicating with me via social media or via my website, by completing payments, by visiting my website, by downloading a product from my website.

5. What do I do with your information?

5.1 When you browse my website, I automatically receive your IP address, device information and cookies are used to improve your user experience and improve the service I provide by analysing the interaction with my website.

5.2 I may keep a record of your communication to help resolve issues you may be facing. I may use your email address or contact number (via text) to inform you about our services and/or new products and services. You may wish to opt out from receiving emails and/or texts about new products and services; if this is the case, please let me know.

5.3 I use this data in order to deliver my services of Life/Mindset Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnotherapy/Hypnosis.

However, I will do my best to protect your personal data and I will use strict procedures to prevent unauthorised access.
